The apartment sleeps four in two bedrooms (one double and one with twin beds) both with views over the wooded valley in which Saundersfoot sits. There are built in wardrobes with plenty of storage space in both bedrooms. Beds will be made up for your arrival but please note towels are not provided.

There is a modern family bathroom with bath with shower over, heated towel rail, toilet and wash hand basin.

The kitchen has just been fully refurbished and now includes a dishwasher along with the electric oven, hob, fridge and microwave.

The large sitting/dining room with balcony has TV with Freeview, Video and DVD players, radio/CD player, and a selection of books, dvd's, videos and board games.

There are two loungers plus a table and two chairs for the balcony.

Heating is via wall mounted electric heaters and the cost of electricity is included in the rental price.
